Founded in 2020 by Rosie Connolly and her husband Paul Quinn, the couple spotted a gap in the market for high quality clothing that’s accessible for everyone.
Already having three children between them, the term ‘4TH’ refers to the brand being their 4th baby, while ‘ARQ’ derives from the word ‘home’.
