Healthy Lunch Box Options!


5 oz butter
3 Tbsp golden syrup
3 oz sugar
7 oz. Cheerios or Oat Cheerios
1 oz. Sunflower seeds
1 oz. Pumpkin seeds


Preheat oven to 190C or 375 F, grease a shallow baking dish with oil. Melt butter, golden syrup and sugar. Stir into the Cheerios, mixing well, then stir in seeds. Press flat into baking dish. Bake 10 minutes or until the mixture has browned slightly at the edges. Cut into slices while still warm and leave to cool.
