Perfect for cold nights. Serve with a baguette. Goulash


1 1/2lbs. of minced meat or mutton
2 chopped onions
2 cups of macaroni
1/2lb. of sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 can of diced tomatoes
Salt and pepper


Cook meat and onions until browned. Cook macaroni and drain half the water and mix the meat with the macaroni, add cheese and tomatoes. Bake for 1 hour in 190C oven.
