Low Fat Chicken in a White Cream Cheese Sauce

Chicken & Broccoli in a creamy sauce, with pasta (pasta can be swapped out for potatoes or rice)


4 Chicken breasts, skinned & boned.
Pack of fresh egg tagliatelle or linguini.
8-10 fresh Broccoli Florets.
2 Onions.
3 cloves garlic.
Small cup white wine.
Philadelphia garlic & herb cream cheese.
200ml of chicken stock.
Salt & black pepper.
Dash olive oil.


Put 3 cloves of chopped up garlic, 2 chopped up onions & 4 chicken fillets cut into small chunks, into a pan on a low heat with a dash of olive oil. Cook until onions soft and chicken going white (around 5 mins) and then add half a cup of chicken stock and 3 spoons full of Philadelphia low fat cream cheese with chives. (Add small glass of white wine, optional). Throw in a good amount of broccoli florets and let it all simmer for 10-15 minutes. Added some black pepper and serve with fresh tagliatelle or linguine. Healthy, easy to make, delicious and only takes 30 mins from start to finish!
