#celeryjuice!! This week Denise from FooDee Nutrition is giving us Celery Inspo!!!
Celery contains plenty of vitamins including A, C, K and ‘essential’ mineral including folate, calcium, potassium, sodium and magnesium. What can you do with celery this week?
1. Tara Walker shared a wonderful recipe at a cookery demonstration I attended for whipped feta. Jump on line and google her whipped feta recipe. I swapped the marscapone with natural yoghurt for a probiotic boost. And I added some crude walnuts for extra Omegas along with a drizzle of honey to tempt even the tiniest of fingers. Great

2. Mum made celery extremely palatable when we were kids, serving up creamed carrot and celery with bacon and colcannon. Simply white sauce with steamed carrot and celery. I am always looking for ways to boost my favourite meals so try adding shredded cabbage, kale or leeks to the sauce and a pinch of nutmeg.
3. And last but not least a simple winter immune boosting juice, apple, celery, carrot and ginger. Sweet and tangy, just how we like it. Hopefully this will inspire you to include celery into your meals this week.
