Finger licking good!
8 skinned Chicken legs
2 cups of rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup of Sake (Japanese rice wine)
1/4 cup of honey, brown sugar or maple sugar
1/4 cup of light soya sauce
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
Put chicken in the mixture and bring to a boil and then turn heat down to medium. Stir the chicken so that all the pieces are covered with the mixture. Cook for 30 – 40 minutes until the mixture is thick and the chicken pieces are browned.
