Winter Greens


1 Pkg. California style salad greens
1/4 cup roasted pine nuts or almonds
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (blue cheese or cheddar cheese)
1/4 cup of red onion rings, very thin
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup cubed apples


Toss everything together with Raspberry vinaigrette just before serving
