Get your runners out ladies…..
Welcome to the inaugural Tipperary Mini Marathon organised by North Tipperary and South Tipperary Sports Partnerships in conjunction with Tipperary Athletics and the Irish Sports Councils Women In Sport Programme.
This event is designed to tap into the increasing popularity of running and walking for women in Ireland today.
It is open to females over 18 of all abilities, mobility and fitness levels. We hope to have a large contingent of runners, walkers and, joggers taking part on the day.
The route is a 10k route (6.2 miles) around Thurles and is an AAI registered event with chip timing, which makes it a great opportunity for the more serious runners to get an official running time.
See Race Info for further details on the route. All finishers will receive a race medallion and goody bag. There will also be spot prizes on the day. This is also a great opportunity to raise funds for your own local charity
